On this nice, pleasant, warm spring Saturday four noses showed up: Cassandra, Kelly, Erica and Crystal. Let's start off with Cassandra, as she had really good news: Her son in law could finally receive his working permit for Australia! What a relief for the whole family, and not to mention, Grandma! A long, enjoyable year of "プー" draws to an end........
Cassandra also had a good time with her family in Japan on a day trip to Awaji, where they enjoyed a ride on the big ferries wheel at the service area.
Our young girl, Kelly, is planning a working holiday in Auckland, New Zealand. There seem to be lot's of hurdles to overcome, though: Money, timing when to quit the present job, and last but not least - getting her parents' consent (biggest problem?)!
Erica visited Kakurinji, a famous Temple in Kakogawa, to pray for the victims of the Tohoku earthquake. This makes her the third Cafe member to do so.......Cafe members are all sooooo kind-hearted!
Crystal spent her big day with her parents in Osaka recently - they went shopping for her birthday present. When I asked her, which car dealership they went to, Kelly interrupted me, asking which House maker they visited. Apparently, they did neither, and she just got a pair of shoes! That's nice, too! The family also enjoyed nice lunch together, and later spent an hour of "free - time" at the largest book store in Japan. "Free - time" means that everybody went to their favourite section - Crystal of course bought two English novels! Way to go!

Later we talked a little bit about the subject of Age - I won't go into any details. I'll just say that a person is as old as he/she feels!

And there was no funny ending to today's text:

And for some mysterious reason, today's cake looked much the same as that of Thursday......so if you would like to check the pic, please visit the posting for that day!

Thanks for coming (and if you are reeeeeally bored tomorrow, you all know where to go, right?)
