Lot's of YOUNG GIRLS here today: The Kakogawa Sisters Madison & Elizabeth, Brittney (who calls the Kakogawa Sisters the Kakogawa Sisters!!), Kelly (aka Ms. Tuesday), and Lindsey, our "she'll show up anyday" girl!
While eating this refreshing cheese cake looking like this -

(Check out the table cloth!)

we talked about a lot of things today, snakes & gadgets..........
First, about the snake: Brittney was visited by a long, thin, greyish-coloured snake in her hallway. First she thought it was a rope, but ropes don't move, really. She panicked (naturally, being a girl!), but later was helped by her very calm father-in-law, who picked the visitor up with a pair of tongs and - happy end!

Our more "main" subject was about gadgets: Cell phones, portable games, on the bigger end TVs and PCs, and the scary addiction many people suffer under.
When I ride the train, and 7 out of 8 people sitting across me on the long seat have their cell phones in their hands, I start to worry about the future of the world. Are those phones grown onto those hands? People used to read books or newspapers on trains (Or, in the case of Japan, sleep!). I also felt shocked learning why more and more cellphones are becoming water-proof models. Naturally, I supposed for protection in the rain, maybe sweat, or for clumsy people dropping them into the toilet bowls - WRONG! They are water-proof so the addicted people can take them with them into the bathroom! They probably drop over dead if they are without the phone for longer than one minute....call me old-fashioned (no, I'm NOT a doughnut!), but I seriously worry about the future generation (just give the kid a game and it'll stay quiet for a while)......
I mean, seriously, who NEEDS this????

We talked surprisingly little about the world cup, but so far the tournament is exciting & interesting.

We "re-used" the study paper from last Saturday, which is this one:

Well, that's all for today - I believe we all had a great time!
