I am a very happy GERMAN PERSON right now, enjoying the result of a one-sided football game against arch rival England, 4-1 (I will totally accept 4-2)!! You must know, England-Germany is like 阪神ー巨人, a "must-win" situation!

Of course, when I get home tonight, I'll pick up some beer on the way and be behind Japan all the way when they BEAT Paraguay 1-0 in a nice, but tight game. That's my guess, 1-0.
After requesting a realistic answer (NOT a hope answer!) from today's members, the girls see it this way:

Tiffany: 2-1 Japan wins          Amy: 1-1, with Japan winning the PK shoot-out          Alicia agrees with Amy         Samantha and Crystal both feel the same I do: 1-0 Japan wins!

Well, as you can see, we did discuss the World Cup again today. Other things on the agenda were Crystal showing her pictures taken on her trip to Spain earlier this month, and a really weird story presented by Amy about a guy who had the highly unique idea of changing something around, so to speak: If having wedding ceremonies is so popular (and being taken for granted), why not have "divorce ceremonies". Amy didn't have any details, but apparently the guy wants to be paid 50.000 ¥ per ceremony, and one ritual during the ceremony consists of the wedding rings being broken (hammered on with a frog-shaped instrument), frog in Japanese of course being カエル, which also happens to mean Change. Well, I wish the newly-divorced couple all the best on their new start! On second thought, the idea is not so absurd after all, it certainly is a "new" start!
Maybe the "divorce minister" looks something like this?

Looks like a "Happy Day to me? What do you think?

Of course, we also did some serious stuff:

And enjoyed a really season-matching, refreshing orange mousse:

Well, everybody - enjoy tonight! It'll probably be bad for your hearts!
