I had planned not to talk about the terrible earthquake too much as it's too sad and depressing, but I guess it couldn't be helped - it just happened to be top news - if we like it, or not.
Monica has a sister living in Chiba with her family, and her husband's brother in Tokyo (or was it: Traveling to Tokyo a lot?),
and fortunately, everybody is all right, Elisabeth's nephew & niece also living in the capital are alive and kicking, too, so is my sister and her family(also residents of Togane-Shi, Chiba).
Katie's boyfriend in Miyagi was fine, too (Juuuuuuuust kiiiiiidding!).

We also talked about how natural disasters and other big events can bring friends & families back together. One example of mine would be how a friend and me were on a "warpath" for many years, not contacting each other, mainly due to his misjudgment of a situation. He decided to patch things up with me, definitely not an easy step to take, and placed me a telephone call on the day of the fall of the Berlin Wall, just saying: "Congratulations". That was a touching move.

Okay, it's getting too serious, the TV is reporting about the nuclear plant, I'm hungry, so please read (&enjoy) what men think about the opposite sex:

And our sweet already became public on last Thursday - have another look anyway:

Okay, have to go!

Have a nice Sunday, the weather should be pleasant!

Ciao,

The "Master"
