It was a pretty "normal" Tuesday - except the fact that our regular girls were joined by Bill who attended our group Saturday two weeks ago. Bill, good idea of yours to check out our Tuesday girls, too!
And this Bill told us about his 27th wedding anniversary he celebrated with his wife on May 20, eating cake. Strangely, there were no kisses & hugs! But Bill thanked his wife for the nice time together.
By coincidence, Alicia's wedding anniversary happens to fall on the same day, although a different year. Alicia asked me some questions which were on her mind from before, but maybe she couldn't find the right timing: What I liked about Japan, if I could use chopsticks etc. Unfortunately, I couldn't really satisfy her with my answers as I'm not a real Gaijin (anymore!). But we  all showed our various chopstick skills around today.
Grace started with an interesting, half-real-half-ficiton story about her trip to Indonesia (which of course never took place!) where she drank "civet cat coffee" - made from coffee beans which are eaten by civet cats once, but as they cannot digest them, are set free together with the poop (same exit!) and are consumed after. Apparently, they have a very sweet, chocolate-like aroma after taking the trip through the civet's body! Read more HERE!

Shelby was fine, but she complained about the fact that recently she is making a lot of strange mistakes: The other day she wiped her face with toothpaste, believing it was cleansing cream! Don't worry Shelby, I do that all the time!
Courtney had, what she called " a little good news": Osaka City was awarded a Gold Medal by the Monde Collection
for having excellent tap water, which is so good it's even sold in bottles, and also sent to the Tohoku Area. Personally, I find it hard to believe that Osaka has clean water, but if they say so.......I'm confident that Futami Water is a thousand times better - Monde Selection just doesn't know!

Besides all this, Bill answered lot's of questions again today as for the Tuesday bunch, it was his first time here.

Our paper:

(eh......what time is it?)

And Cookies!

And that's it! Thanks for sharing a nice time!
