Again today, when I was almost certain I could close my little Cafe, Brooklyn, Tuesday's "Boss", turned up to save my day, soon to be followed by Brittany, a loyal member who can be expected here any day, really.
Being the hottest subject in Japan without question since last night, we talked about Alfred N.:

While getting all heated up with the two extremely intelligent Japanese gentlemen, Mr. Suzuki & Mr. Negishi (pictured below, from left to right), Brittany suddenly noticed some figure whooshing by, a reflection visible in the showcase keeping my metal postcards (which are FOR SALE, by the way, in case you haven't noticed!) through the gap of my ajar door....a bird? A plane? Superman? No, it was a lady who was just a little too shy to drop in, and decided to call my phone from the outside. Eventually, she ended up joining the Cafe, and her name was Cassandra!

Welcome to the Cafe, Cassandra - we guarantee you a great time here with us!

As it turned out, she had just recently moved to this area with her family from a very far away place called Osaka.
Don't worry about your English ability, you'll catch up in no time - most important: The essence is NOT to be shy!

We enjoyed a big cup cake together with the usual drinks, iced coffee, hot coffee and a variety of teas to choose from.

So, I guess enough said for today - thanks again for coming, and once again: Welcome, Cassandra!
