Hey - almost "full house" today:
Sabrina, Amy, Samantha, Angela, Courtney, Alexandria and me were able to welcome yet another "new face", Elisabeth, to our little Cafe! Thank you all for coming! I hope you had a good time today, and that you will come back soon, Elisabeth!

As it usually happens when we welcome a new member, today, too, many questions were going towards Elisabeth. As it turns out, she spent some time working on a farm in New Zealand. From there, our conversation took us to Australia, Hawaii, and also to London. Could you imagine yourself living (NOT travelling!) in one of those countries?

The start of today's chat was Mr. Obama's nomination of the Nobel Peace Prize - do you think it was a fair thing, or, as some critics say, premature, as to this point, he hasn't done anything but talking?

I myself am not sure......I guess I agree a little with both camps.

Today's sweet was a "Satsuma Potato Cake" - my "supplier" told me that today is さつまの日, is that true (she didn't know why when asked)?

And what did we study? A lot, including this!:

Anyway, thanks for coming!

The "Master"
