Hey there ~ Shelby, really long time no see! How have you been? Alexandria, too! Nice to see you two again!
Let's see who else was there.....oh yes, Ms. Tuesday (Sabrina), and Ms. Thursday (Crsytal). What a luxury
line-up!
Know What I did the first time today? Take a guess from this multiple choice:

① I fell in love with one of the ladies here today
② I wrote "pumpkin pie" on the menu board, but actually served spaghetti
③ I switched on the heater
④ I took the day off & let my uncle play "the Master"

(All answers will have to be sent in by October the 31. to the Cafe - all winners will be notified & receive probably nothing)

And this is a picture of the pumpkin pie - it was really yummy!:

Crystal talked about an action packed movie she went to see with her husband called "the expendables" (the movie, NOT the husband!). It is written and directed by Sylvester Stallone, and also has him starring at the side of all the famous, muscle-packed veteran heroes the likes of Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and another guy I forgot the name, some Scandinavian family name. I told the crowd about getting a driver's license in England (and how unbelievable easy it was) other facts unthinkable of in Japan: In those days (over 10 years ago) licenses didn't have a picture of the holder, and also it was not required by law to carry it with you when driving your car. I also explained about my lessons with my ねぼすけstudent. Alexandria told us about a looooong drive by car to eat a bowl of Sanuki Udon. Was it really worth going all the way to Shikoku, I asked for her honest opinion. She replied the Udon were tasty, "strong" and "mild, soft" at the same time, so yes, it was worth going that far.

We did a "normal dialogue" after a long time, easy & useful:

Okay, that's it!
Thanks for coming, take care of your health in this changable climate!
